Family Strengthening Services

Arise have written a number of programmes for adults and families as well as programmes for learners at local schools. The course programmes are written by our South African team, for South Africans.

We believe that every child deserves to grow up in a thriving family and that when you strengthen families, you strengthen communities. That’s why we’ve created Family Strengthening Kits to help grow attachment and build existing relationships between caregivers and their children by providing opportunities for connection through communication, emotional support and problem solving while also encouraging consistent parenting. The kits contain fun, interactive activities for families to do together and focus on 5 areas: Family Time / Encouraging Learning at Home / Coping with Emotions / Managing Behaviour / Hard Conversations.
